My starter is bubbly and active so I mixed up some dough.

This is my second set of stretch and folds into my bulk rise. 2 more sets to do.

The dough will be covered in the banneton for 30 mins. The top shown will be the bottom once in the dutch oven.

Looking good. My wife has been on a sour dough binge lately and I think she finally has it figured out...
 
Looks terrific.
I did something different last time I made sourdough bread.
I added cheddar and green chili. Was a nice addition.
