Saturday is the day for my youngest daughters hi school grad party. Instead of pulling an nighter smokin. I decided to get it jump started two days ago. Thawing and rubbing 4 boneless pork butt, total weight about 36lbs. By 7:30 this morning the butts were smokin and happy.

After cleaning up I had to run to winco get to get supplies for Dutches beans. Making 3 batches and had no ingredients

. By 10:30 the door to the smoker opens for the first time and I add the beans fill the water pan and wood box. 1:15 rolls around and it's time to pull the beans. Come saturday people will be pulling my finger

. Did another service check on water and wood chunks. BTW the wood is hickory almost forgot. Any way I let the beans cool down a bit and added them to my 6qt crock. The 3 pans fit except one small taster bowl
