Bring on the 11* cold and the 6" of snow... Nothing is stoppin me from doing BUTTS and a DUCK for my Sat. Party!!!

Looks like a plan ... I would get some dryer exhaust piping to hook on the smoke stack so you can direct it up and out on the top corner for heat flow.. if not you make get smokey ......... have fun ... here in Mesquite we have 11 degrees coming in tonight but I won't be close to my ECB !

When do you take the TV out there?

Looks like a plan to me.

I am kind of wondering about the heater and the beer cooler

The smoker provides the heat.... the outdoors takes care of the beer...

I also have a propane torpedo heater if I need it...

Yeah, I was thinkin of that one myself.... I'm sure the tent will never be the same after being exposed to that much smoke!!!!

Snow is all done, tent held up fine. Went out at 5am and pushed the snow load off the top.

Picked up the BUTTS this morning, now just waiting for single digit temps on Sat and I should be starting a NEW thread with Qviews of the day... $0.89/lb WooHoo!!!

let me know if the smoke affects the top of your pop-up. I have 2 that I put together for summer shade, but I leave the exhaust in the open. Don't want to ruin a good tent.I usually surround my tents with a tarp long enough to go all the way around and to the sides of the garage. The wind still get in where the stack is and it makes it a bit chilly.
I've found that the firebox is no problem, got enough room to not start a fire.
I'll be glad when the son gets my Q-bana built!!!
Thanks and
Smoke Happy

I think I'm gona try to rig a dryer vent to direct the smoke out like tripleBQ suggested... then again, if the wind is gusting like it is now, there might not be a need to!!! I might fire up a 2nd smoker in there just to HEAT the place....
