Gas moker build questions

Hi All,

I've been wanting to build my own gas smoker for some time now and have got alot of great ideas and information from the folks at SMF.

I would like to find out how to build a gas smoker that is controlled with a thermostat.  What type of gas valve, thermocouple, pilot light or ignition system do I need?
