Last year I wanted to make a space dedicated to cooking. That didn't work out....

So I am dedicating a corner to a Man Cabe...

I have the same plans, one of these days, after I clear out the garage and get rid of everything my wife and son have in there. Of course, that means changing the locks and code on the garage doors. But I will have Coors and Coors Light paraphernalia along with a "He Man Woman Hater's" sign on the door.

Nice cave!

I've been wanting a serious woodshop space for years. The previous house had but a tiny unheated room off of the finished basement. The garage was remote, also unheated, uninsulated, with minimal electrical service.

With our move to Idaho, we gained a steep lot (with an awesome view) with no potential for building a shop. The house did have a 3-car attached garage. I struck a deal with my wife that she could keep her car in the one-car bay, I'd park outside and convert the two-car side to my shop. It's still a work in progress, but I finished the storage wall (cabinets, shelf, lots of pegboard) first, moved in the stationary tools that we'd moved cross-country, and built a substantial workbench. It's still unheated, but it is insulated and usually comfortable by afternoons in the winter, or mornings in the summer. The stationary tools include an oscillating spindle sander, drill press, lathe, router table, band saw, bench grinder, table saw, 6" jointer, belt/disk sander, 13" planer, and a dust and chip collector I can connect to any one of the ports. Overhead is a dust collector for the fine sawdust. The flat screen TV gives it a little bit of a man cave vibe. There is a wall of shelving and a couple of tool carts out of frame, separating the shop side from the car side and preventing too much sawdust from drifting across. While I haven't felt the need to do it over the past two winters, all of the stationary tools are on mobile bases and I can push them to the sides and make room to get my car inside if we are really going to get pummeled by a snowstorm.

Drank so much and really enjoyed the PBR back in the day, absolutely hate the taste of it now.
A friends parents owned a brewer distributing for Pabst/ Miller , etc. Was working in the warehouse when I was 16.
I can hardly drink it these days, it tastes nothing like I remember.
