Long time grilling and smoking.

Don't consider myself an expert, but good enough to make people who eat my product, real happy.

Just sold all of my old equipment and bought a new custom smoker and grill from Pitmaker in Houston.

Got me a Safe/GrillMeister Combo and I am into the third week of using it.

So far, everything I've tried has been great.
