Hey everyone. This is Jordan from Maryland checking in. Been following the newsletter but recently starting looking at posts. Have owned a Brinkmann vertical water smoker for about two years and just received my new MES 30. Was against electric at one point but I saw it on sale and decided to give it a go. I plan on modifying the Brinkmann because it is just too basic and I could get a lot more ease of use out of it with a few mods. Look forward to using the MES 30. Just put it though the seasoning stage and love the amount of smoke it put out when I added the chips. Anyway look forward to reading and seeing some of the items you've all been smoking up. Also will be putting plenty of Q-view on myself once I get going this winter. Thanks guys for all the good info.
