great looking legs I just had some grilled legs about a couple of weeks ago and I must say yours look much better than the ones I had.

Hmmm..........I have never tried grilling them........never even thought about it actually, might have to give that a shot, just because.

Not a great lover of frogs legs but darn they look good. Points for originality

Anyone ever thought of doing these like buffalo wings ????

Joe,

you use any tenderizer other than the butt bump method?

LOL No.........although I have thought about brining them, but that was more to play with the flavor than anything. The butt bump works well enough.

I wouldn't even know where to look to find leggies like those here in Chi-Town.

And if you ask for a conch fritter here, you'll get beat up.

Love spending time in your neck of the woods Joe.

Is the Land of Butter anywhere near Disney/Tampa/Orlando?

Might do that next year.

I just prefer to stay out of your state in an election year, if you know what I mean.

Too much chad makes it into the food system, and I'm not talking Ultramag

Yeah, Land O Lakes (the butter comes from Minnesota) is just north of Tampa........5 miles South and you are in Tampa. You can get to the House of Mouse in about an hour from my place depending on the I-4 traffic.

We prefer to fly into Tampa, cuz it looks like the plane is gonna crash into the water when landing.

Scares the crap outta the wife.

Oh well, back to the smoke!

Heck Ya ! I love frog legs great q-view they look great
