I picked up a package of babybacks today at Costco. It's just me and the wife this weekend, so I doubt we can eat all three racks on our own. What is the best way to package them so that I can put them in the freezer for a while? Thanks!

I would vacuum seal them as I did some spares last week. I sure am hoping they come out OK

Unfortunately I don't have a vacuum sealer. I saw a Foodsaver at Costco, and thought about nagging the wife for a change about buying something useful, but we are trying to put some money aside for other stuff right now...

Might just have to cut them in half and bag them.

Two of the best things to every be sold on TV is the Ronco "Set it and Forget It" Rotisserie and the Food Saver. I have both and use them constantly. I catch alot of fish here in Florida and have gave away fish that is close to one year old that had been vacuumed sealed. Even then I get many compliments on how "fresh" the fish was from the people I gave them too. It is a very worthwhile investment.

May have to take another trip to Costco and start planting the Foodsaver seed in the wifes mind. Usually, if I can make it like it was her idea, she will be all for it.

I use heavy duty plastic wrap from Sam's, the wide stuff, and double wrap.

Seriously. Buy a vacuum sealer. Your wife will be psyched when she realizes how much you can use them. Whether it's que you're sealing or whatever. I got my first sealer for my birthday 8 years ago and I still use it a few times a month. Sometimes numerous times a month, if the fish are biting or it's hunting season. It only cost like $115 back then and I have gotten way more than the money value out of it. I lent it to some friends once because they were doing a "batch" cooking of something and they ended up buying a brand new one for themselves the very weekend after returning mine to me. You should have one no matter what. Tell her I said so. Hope I don't get you..or me, in trouble for this one.
