Confused by the stack. Looks like it's fixed horizonal.

So far so good, this was running the smoker at 300 for Burnout and toast test

Yeah and those earlier pictures it's just folded down for transport. Or in that case so I can get it out of the garage. It's a foldable stack

Went back and looked at the pic with it folded.....Had to look close to see the hinge!

First proper test cook. Smashburger on some Texas toast while I cook a couple pork butts, a couple small beef ribs and some Chuck flat tail. This is 2 hours and. About to give it a small spritz
