I had to have these! picked up a three pack at Costco yesterday. So today was prep/start marinade day. 7 slices in the marinade. Grilling tomorrow. I will try to remember to get pics tomorrow!
Marinade:
1.5 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Mirin
1 cup Water
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
2 tbsp. Honey
4 cloves Garlic minced
1 tsp. Fresh Ginger

7 slices were about 1.5LB. Thinking about serving on ramen with baby broccoli.

Pics - (had to crop my foot out of one🤦‍♂️)

I can smell the grill marks on the meat already. Searing hot fire. Quick turn. Wow!

Of course you may need to add a little sauce to the ramen. Are you going to simmer down the marinade?

Those were very good! grilled for 3 min per side, next batch will be 2 min. slightly over cooked as they were only about 1/4" think, but the reduction, ramen and broccolini was a killer combo. Pics with one of the aftermath. Cant really see the ramen...but it was under the ribs.
Wife loved them, so big win there. Beef can be a hard sell with her these days.

2 more packages in the freezer, looking forward to making more. Might grill or smoke then braze in the marinade to get them all saucy...just thinking about more goodness. thanks for lookin!

Those look Fantastic David! Love those flavors. I will add a little of my fresh frozen pineapple chucks into marinade to tenderize.
