First time smoker Terre Haute Indiana

Hi all,

Just wanted to say hello. I've been stalking these forums for a couple weeks and decided to join. This forum is ultimately the best for learning how to smoke pretty much anything. I got my first smoker in yesterday (MES30) and I am looking forward to doing my first shoulder tonight.
