Im still new to smoking and things have been going good, but my father in law wanted brisket. He offered to buy in, so i jumped on it, but he bought single packed "thin cut beef brisket". It isn't the packer, point, or flat (I assume it is closes to flat) cuts that I have been reading about.
Has anyone had any experience with this type of cut, rather than the larger briskets?
