The divided basket I made. Too lazy to link it now, but I posted it a few weeks ago when I built it. Anyway, on this day when there was a gentle breeze and temps in the mid-70s, I loaded it with RO and soaked chips and got a 6+ hour burn from it. In all that time I only added two small splits of maple and one larger split of cherry. It was enough to fully smoke three chickens, a large tin of baked beans, and reheat/finish a rack of spareribs and 2 racks of babybacks. (Sorry no Q-view as things were moving very fast.)

I gave my broher the split BBQ wok as I don't need it anymore.
