OK, thanks to everyone on the SMF because I had my first successful smoke yesterday. I did a few chicken breasts plus a "fatty" sausage. It was fun, and overall turned out great.
The sausage was great, man it was really good. But the chicken breasts were a little too smokey. The smoke flavor basically overpowered the chicken completely.
Are chicken breasts not good smoked, or did I do something wrong?
I am using the Chargrill H2O smoker (I think the same as the ECB). Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
