First shoulder, with Qview

Here is my first shoulder (well actually the first thing I ever smoked in my life), a 3.25 pound picknick I did last weekend. A rub that I made up that tasted pretty good, smoked with Apple, Pecan and a little hickory on my MES, spritzed with Apple Cidar Vinager and apple juice.

Forgot to take pics when pulling, but was very moist and tender.
