Dad got me a smoker as an early Christmas gift. I’ve never cooked on a smoker. Ever. Definitely a lot of texting dad for advice 😂 but this is the result. A beautiful smoked pork butt !

I used dijon mustard to bind it. Seasoned it with chili powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, a fire & smoke blend, season all, and old bay. Cooked it at 225 for 12.5 hours.

Wow for a first run that looks excellent.

Maybe give us a little more detail on your process and cook.
