First Run with The Brinkmann Vertical is a Fatty

Had the day off today so I thought I would give it a quick try. One I filled with mozzarella and the other with Colby Jack with Blue cheese and some jalapenos.

I am happy with the results.

I am bringing them to our fantasy football draft tonight and having the guys try them out.
