First couple racks of ribs for me. I think they look pretty good and taste great!

I have always liked the old country smokers. If I hadn’t found my Lang, that’s probably what I would have ended up with. Nothing better than a stick burner for that real smoked meat flavor.

No doubt. It didn’t break the bank either. Got it from academy for $700 and they had a deal going where if you spent $300 they gave you a $100 gift card.

Academy had 20% off everything in the store today. Thought I was gonna get out of there with hickory pellets alone (cold smoked bacon), ended up w another dang yeti.
