I'm starting it off a little simple and slow, as I just got it put together and seasoned yesterday. I'm going with a few wings, a few thighs, and a couple trays of ABTs. My ABTs today have ground pork seasoned with Kosmos Q Honey Killer B, grilled onions, whipped cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese. I hope it goes well, it seems great so far! And I'm really glad I added the front shelf, so convenient. I hope everyone has a great cook today.

nice looking rig. what is the combustion method, if i may ask, (ravity, pellet,?)

Hey, I'm thinking of buying one of those. I'm sure it will put some some smoke down but wife wants to know if it can grill a burger or sear a steak, too.

Thoughts?
