I picked up my new MAK on Sunday but didn’t have a chance to use it until last night. I was very impressed with it to say the least. Started the tri tip on smoke mode for 30 minutes and it kept a solid temp of 175 the whole period. I then kicked it up to 450 for another 30 minutes. I wasn’t sure how it would respond in cold temps but it did well. I will post a better update this weekend when I have more free time to cook on it.
