First attempt and only second time using my MES30. This pic is 1.5 hours in. IT was at 120.

I might move it to oven to crisp up skin now.
 
It turned out awesome!! My wife was a little unsure at first because she never had anything smoked before but it didn't take her long to grab some more Turned out so moist! The brine overnight was the key I think. [emoji]128540[/emoji]
 
Your first chicken is way better than my first effort. That looks terrific.
