Ok, i'm gonna cook a shoulder roast in the oven REAL low also.. incase my butt gets screwed up.. (haha)

Butt i'm gonna smoke my butt tomorrow and try some tricks i learned on here. i got wrapped with plastic and some cajun/onion/garlic/pepper and will apply my special sauce mentioned a few posts down (later in the smoke) gonna also try adding some charcoal to the electric smoker to get a good ring.

unfortunatly i got 35 degree weather pissin' on my tomorrow as well.. so lets hope for a good turn out.

not bad.. i had to run to the store this morning and i found some cheap bonless pork ribs, and figured i got some extra room.. i'll throw those in there too.. i've been having a little bit of a time keeping a steady temp. Probably because of the cold.. but, it really hasn't hit over 230. i am still trying to keep it lower. the butt is looking good. the ribs are about done. and i did put some potatos in there to smoke. gonna mash those. i put a picture in another post on here of the "before"
