ive got a 24 inch piece of pipe that i cut 72 inches long and im still trying to plan how i want it set up. Im thinking a 24x24 fire box with a warming cabinet on top.
My hangups are how big to make the two doors on the cook chamber and where to place the exhaust stack if the warming cabinet is in the way of the endplate? Any advice and ideas would be greatly appreciated! Also i plan to build a trailer for this thing. Any advise or trailer plans for a 72inch smoker would also be great!

Your in the right place for some good assistance. Put your ideas and plans Down on paper and post them here. I’m assuming you are going to make it Reverse Flow since you posted it under that section. At the top of the reverse flow section is a tutorial that will walk you through the process and calculations for making a smoker that will work well. Link is below:

I will get everything written down and make a drawing of what im thinking. And yessir this build will be a reverse flow. Thanks for the good info!! Lots of planning to make sure i make a good running rig!
