Smoking my first brisket tonight, overnight. 10 pounds. I plan smoking temp of 235. Advice on how long it will take in smoker? Not including the rest time.
A lot of info on the web, looking to the experts for advice.
Thanks!

As a guide about 1.5 plus per pound. Depends allot on the brisket itself.

I know it's past your cook date, but my last 5 briskets were cooked at an average of 271 degrees and took 43 minutes per pound, start to finish. I log everything and ran the information prior to smoking a 15 pound (after trimming) prime brisket. I ran a little higher temp on it and it took a flat 10 hours or 40 minutes per pound. This is on an offset stick burner.
