Picked up a MES340G at Sam's during their Black Friday sale and grabbed two prime packers at Costco (16.5# and a 16.2#)
The bigger one had a beautiful fat cap and had to do minimal trimming, while the smaller one I had to trim off 2-2.5x as much as the large one.
Seasoned 'em with SPOG & some cayenne for a little bit of heat. Going to toss them in the smoker at 240F at 3AM.
