This is my trial run for the big thanksgiving cook I have coming up. Did a little research and just made my own brine. It sat in the brine for about 16 hours. Drained and patted dry and rubbed with olive oil and seasoned. I usually cook chickens in halves but this time I tried spatchcocking. Curious to see how it turns out.
 
I can not figure out how to upload my pictures on this new format
 
Click on upload a file, Then choose file where your pic is, Click on your pic, then it will load bellow your reply box. Pick the one you want and size and there you go.
 
I only gives me option for my camera and not my photo gallery. It's on my phone if that matters

What kind of phone? When I click on upload file on my iPhone I get this screen. When I click on choose file I get this screen and can select from those options.

The other option is to upload your photos to a site like Flickr and use the photo icon and load the URL link.
