A few days ago I made my first attempt and dove in.  Picked up a rack from the local Winn Dixie, went home, built my fire and when at the desired temp, I put them on.  They were St Louis and I went with 3-2-1 method.  Was honestly my first time smoking anything and I was definitely satisfied with the end product.  The picture of the temp shows 250.  I was able to get it down to about 230 and held consistently.

Looks good!  Only recommendation I would make would be to get a digital thermometer to monitor smoker temps.  A lot of unit temps are off a bit.  Maverick 732 or 733 would do the trick.
