Looks great, try a nice finishing sauce just search for finnishing sauce. It can add a whole other level of flavour.

Looks great!  This was a great thread as my first shoulder is sitting in the freezer right now I'm just waiting to have a full day that I can spend with it!  Great job and now I'm even more excited to pull mine out  and start the smoker!
