temp control with the afterburner was a breeze. i could change the temp by one degree if i wanted. as for the smoke cans... this was the best to make smoke on this unit. with the can totally sealed and a tiny hole at the top just big enough to get the tongs in there.
I like the side table. I just threw out an old set of table legs last weekend.
I had those things in my garage for several years. I kept telling myself that I was going to build a side table. K-Mart had summer-ending sale on folding tables and out the old table legs went.
Give spatchcock chicken a try. It's one our favorite BBQ items.
i put in diced tomatoes and fresh basil instead of sauce, mozz, pepperoni, caramelized onions, and also some shake on parm. then i rubbed the outside of it with shake parm and smoked to 165*
