For me. I've gotten a couple of strip steaks and scallops ready. Plan on doing some shrimp as swell.

Put a 8+ lbs Butt on last nite about 8 , reading about 175 or so and stooked the fire/control knob up to 250 from P5 lol, suspect done about 12:00 then 20lbs of leg 1/4 going on for 1 hr smoke then 1.5-2 hrs at 300 or so. the food being cooked is for friends and family members that have had their mom and die this week

LJ apple pellets were the choice this time, Weber KC dry rub ,sweet heat but not over powering

For me and mamaw a Jambalaya I smoked the chicken breasts for about 30 minutes, thrown into the crock pot, will post pictures when plating er rather bowling lol

No smoking today. Nana and I are going to watch the final round of the US Open golf tournament. Going to grill center cut filets with twice baked shrimp stuffed potatoes and asparagus. Always one of our favorite meals.

Bacon wrapped filet mignon with a reverse sear. Realized I need some real rubs in the house, this smoking thing is real new to me.

Would you use apple pellets or Todd's pitmaster choice in the tray for this? electric smoker btw.

Happy Fathers day to all.

Not sure what we'll be eating yet!
As with all Mother's Days & Father's Days, Mrs Bear & I are invited to Bear Jr's house (down the driveway, through the woods).
I'm sure it will be something Awesome, cooked on his Big Green Egg, on his Back Deck.
Maybe we'll go a little early, and I'll take my camera along.

Korean BBQd ribs. Marinating all night with soy, ginger, brown sugar, garlic and a few other spices that my wife uses.

Sounds like a plan. I have over 1000 pictures to go through from our vacation.

I get to work 12 hours today :emoji_disappointed:. There wouldn’t be a lot cooking outside, weather has been pretty wet lately.
We celebrated Father’s Day last Sunday, weather was pretty nice :emoji_sunglasses:. Just grilled some burgers and dogs.

Got the steaks done while dodging the rain drops. Added some hickory chips to the charcoal. Came out fantastic!
