Guys,

If you didn't have to worry about the cost in any way, what do you think would be the very best brand smoker for quality that you could buy in an offset design? If you had the blank check who would you buy from and why?

George

I probably would want
1. ability to grill and smoke
2. ability to keep food warm
3. ability cold smoke
4. reverse flow design
5. hand made in the USA

I would fit that bill with a Lang 84 hybrid deluxe.
Lang is the best smoker i have ever seen or used and i would go with that size and configuration for my needs.

Something out of the Myron Mixon stable of trailer smokers.

A kalamazoo free standing gravity fed smoker would work for me.

I think my desires change every day. I recommend you check out Fatstack Smokers which is relatively local to us, just in case you are getting the itch to buy a new unit.

Lots of good suggestions. I personally don't plan on a purchase in the immediate future unless I win the lottery or something akin to that. You never know when your lucky day might come though, so I like to be prepared. Enjoy your day.
