Happy Sunday SMF. I have been hungry for beef fajitas lately. Took the time to try my hand at them today. Thanks Steve H Steve H for sharing your fajita spice recipe. I pulled 3 packages of our home grown beef chipped steak from the freezer. Seasoned up two packs for daughter and I and one package for my wife. Kept the peppers, onions, jalapeños and tomatoes separate because daughter said she didn’t want any. Added a few home grown burgers for my wife to have something to eat later in the week.
And onto my chargriller offset with cherry and hickory.

Meat and veggies were so tasty I had to add some to the rice and beans my wife made.

I was pleased with the color the shredded beef took on.
