You never know who might show up for dinner when the smoker fires up so I always try to make extra!

Happy Sunday SMF. I have been hungry for beef fajitas lately. Took the time to try my hand at them today. Thanks Steve H Steve H for sharing your fajita spice recipe. I pulled 3 packages of our home grown beef chipped steak from the freezer. Seasoned up two packs for daughter and I and one package for my wife. Kept the peppers, onions, jalapeños and tomatoes separate because daughter said she didn’t want any. Added a few home grown burgers for my wife to have something to eat later in the week.
And onto my chargriller offset with cherry and hickory.

I was pleased with the color the shredded beef took on.
0 chance on hell your doing anything but cutting that up with a knife and fork lol. Looks fabulous 👌
