Ok, I've been catering, roasting pigs, and working festivals lately.  Everyone loves our Bacon Bombs (that name sells better than fattie).  I'm looking to expand the menu.  My best seller is the Mac'n Cheese. I also have a Philly that does well. 

So far I have:

Mac'n Cheese

Philly

The Mexican

Bacon Cheeseburger

The Hawaiian

Cajan zest

The German

I'd like to also find a way to do a vegitarian version (that people can afford).

Chime in with your favorites.
 
I kinda like the breakfast fattie... eggs, potatoes, onions, peppers, smoked ham chunks, fresh garlic, lil of this,lil of that...
 
maybe you could try something similar to a black bean burger for the veggie option...maybe roll the black bean "moosh" in a banana leaf or corn husk?
