I have never used a chargriller, but have seen plenty of them, sounds like space would be tight, but doable.

Quantities are tough when you don't know how much you will have to turn in for the judges.

I do all FBA contests and for those you have to turn in a minimum of 8 pieces in the box for each meat.........now to get that 8 I generally cook about 18 thighs, 4 slabs of ribs, 2 butts, and 2 briskets to make sure I get 8 quality pieces to turn in.
