Hello -

I received the smoker and thermometer recently, seasoned it up, and am ready to start cooking.  However, looking at the smoker, I am not sure where I can safely feed the probe wires.  Am I missing something or do I need to drill a hole or two?

Thanks in advance for your help

You CAN drill a hole, or feed the wires through the vent, or just close the door on them.  The cables are pretty durable but could be damaged over time if closing them in the door.
