Electric element

So I built a refrigerator smoker and now looking for a heating element. I looked at the Brinkmann element and the specs say Non-adjustable for the temperature. I will be using an InkBird 308 for the settings. Would the Brinkmann element work with the InkBird controller?

Thank you driedstick! May I ask, how are the 2 elements wired to the 2 InkBirds? Not a electrical nut here.
