Ehhh, last minute w/ view

Got a fryer at the store and tossed it on the grill after a short bath in some Lawry's Baja Chipotle...



A quartered head of Romain drizzled with EVOO and dusted with kosher salt and cracked pepper.. And a little Bavarian brew while the hen cooks..



Dinner for two is served... salad was on the side..
