I just picked this up off of Craigslist for $75. Plugged it in about 10 mins ago and turned it to almost the coldest setting and it’s already down to 33*.

I’m getting very excited about getting into curing and I’ll probably be asking a bunch of dumb questions!

I picked up a whole fresh pork belly for around $3 a pound and am hoping to get it in pop's brine tomorrow…
