G'Day Bruces.

No fire involved this time, but as you may know I recently smoked some bacon..

Just slicing it as I need it. It stays in the fridge wrapped in parchment.

This morning just wanted a quick Saturday breakfast which I usually never do.

Bacon in the new Carbon Steel Pan. No extra fat required.

Eggs.

Served simple on some greenery.

Hard to beat home smoked bacon that doesn't disappear to nothing in the pan.

I gotta sat... That's what's great about the forums... Seeing how people from other parts of the world cook... I gotta say... I've never seen the eggs cooked right on top of the bacon like that.. That's cool...
