Is there any way to add moisture to snack sticks that are dry/ over cooked?

Once done they are pretty much done. But hey try putting in a zip lock and a few slices of bread. Prob not going to make the meat any better but its better than tossing em.

a six pack? not sure someone should be around to help
Two six packs and you won't notice . :emoji_laughing:

In the future.
  • Make sure meat is mixed good with the fat, mix well for protein extraction.
  • Cook under 180 in the smoker. Too high and fat cooks out making it dry
  • Cook for 145 -150 and hold for 15 to 10 minutes respectively.
  • Monitor your smoker for hot and cold zones.
  • Geta multi probe temp sensor like the inkbird or other. you can monitor top and bottom smoker temps and two spots in the sticks for IT.
