Double Reverse Flow: Just Thinkin

I've been seriously thinkin bout turning my own smoker into a reverse flow but I didn't want to have to change my stack to the other side.
I was thinkin why don't I just double the reverse reverse flow. I haven't done any calculations yet but I am goin to look in to it. I will set the upper plate in a way that the grease will go to one end and into a resaviour to save on grease build up.

Any opinions/suggestions?
