This is one for the dogs to enjoy.
Other day I smoked up some pastrami...
I took all the trimmings from the top, sealed them in foil and threw in the smoker. Then I let it cool and into the fridge, I almost forgot it was there...
Cut it in half for the mule (my dog).
It doesn't look that bad...
All mixed up and ready to go...
Here is my dog Guinness enjoying it, she has no clue how good she has it...
