I almost fell for something like this last night. Ad stated it was from Nordstrom Rack and had several items at unbelievable prices. Put something in the cart, then hovered over the "send" email, and it was a completely different address. Looked that company up online and it was a known scammer.

I ordered a firepit cover from them a couple of years ago. They sent the wrong cover. Had to prove to them it was the wrong one by taking pictures and sending them to them instead of just taking my word on it. They wouldnt send the correct one until they received the wrong one back. They did send a new one in the end. My dog shredded it trying to get to a chipmunk though this past fall. Sorry to hear all the trouble you are having with them.

As my dad would say, "If something seems to good to be true, it usually is."
That! I was looking for some Uggs for my wife a few years back and only one site had a deal and it tickled my "wait a freakin minute" response. Googled the store name and BOOM: listed everywhere and a sell of fake knockoffs.

Oh man the worst! I never used Facebook till I moved to the mtns and found out everyone uses it for actual important stuff. Like road conditions, closures etc. But with the good comes the bad and the fakes.

I have filed a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs and provided all the screenshots I've posted here.

Wednesday I will be speaking with the US Postal Service Inspector General's Office. I'm pretty sure that fraudulently using the addresses of two US Post Office facilities as your business address while knowingly engaging in fraud as well as the commission of a felony, is a federal felony of some sorts all in it's own.

Welcome to Camp FAFO. 😎

The term interstate fraud comes to mind.

You're right to fight the good fight on this.

Just a heads up though: it is possible that they have PO boxes at those post offices, which would explain/justify the addresses.

Complaints also filed with

The Colorado Attorney General's Office
The FTC Fraud Investigations Dept
The Postal Inspection Services Criminal Division

The lady at California Dept of Consumer Affairs said because I live in Colorado, that it's out of their jurisdiction. What a crock. One of your scumbag citizens is ripping people off and committing fraud and you just turn the other cheek. Smh! Way to pass the buck lady!

I do know that justice is slow some times. So this may take a while.

Not listed in any of their addresses. Their google address specifically states they are IN the USPS Buildings and for security reasons regarding mail and packages, no other businesses can be in the same facility.

Just spoke to the Burson, CA Post Office and they were not aware he is using their address from his business but he does have a P.O. box she said.

It's been referred to the Postmaster there.

Quite the saga. What was the movie Mel Gibson was in where they beat his toes with a hammer??? Payback? Anyway.... remind me not to tick you off.
Hey as long as you don't steal from me or try to kill my cat, we're good. 😁

So BBQGrills.com has refused to respond to my BBB complaint. And as I figured the BBB is completely worthless.
