Terrible Customer Service


On December 18th, I placed an online order for an EZ Drip QueCrib for $152.99.

In the order email it said please expect the item to be shipped within 10-21 days. Expected eta to ship would be Jan 9th.

On Jan 10th I submitted an online request through their website with an inquiry as to the shipping date.

On January 12th I got the following reply.

On Friday January 23rd I called them and to spoke to a customer service rep who tried arguing that the 7-10 day period hadn't been reached yet and that it had only been 9 days. Apparently she can't do basic math. Jan 12 + 11 days = January 23.

But I deferred and said if they got it processed Friday that'd be fine. As of this moment on January 26th, I still have no refund and no email confirmation of my refund. Nor do I have the product.

So I have called my bank today and disputed the charge as product not received and refund refused.

Steer clear of this place. They're taking people's money when they don't even have the product in stock then refusing to issue refunds. And their customer service people on the phone are very rude.


Edit this is a pic of Megan in their customer service department. Megan is complicit in fraud and theft with this company. This pic comes from the email she replied to. It's on her google account (seen screenshot above from her reply).

I checked the BBB reviews of them and there are 110 total reviews and almost all with a 1⭐. Their average score is 1.11. Reading a few it seems you're not the only one with your experience...

Wish I had known that before I ordered. I didn't think to check there.
 
I have also filed a 1 star review with the BBB as well as a complaint. They have 92 open complaints with the BBB that they haven't responded to.

Then I filed a complaint with the California Attorney General's Office.

Honestly, their website looks slick and I can see where someone could be fooled by it. As a precaution, I always do my due diligence when ordering from an unfamiliar website, especially those with really good prices...
