Well, venison meatballs!
Mixed up some "keto" venison meatballs. Garlic powder, onion powder, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, shredded mozzarella, parmison cheese , an egg and a squirt of sweet baby rays garlic parm sauce. ( no nothing was measured lol)
Air fry at 370 for 10 min. Lined a pan with pasta sauce, some more garlic parm sauce. Added meat, covered in sauce and shredded mozzarella and parmison cheese and baked at 400 for 10 or 12 minutes.
Pretty legit! Thanks for looking!

Dang........Good for you folks who can score venison! The meatballs look comforting. Were they served over pasta? On a sandwich roll (would be my go-to)?

Totally legit. Was that lean venison or did you grind any fat in to it? I have 50lbs from a kill my dad got first day of muzzle loader season, and this looks like an excellent way to use some. A great keto main dish.

With the price of beef going up, we had quite a bit of venison ground into burger this year. Yes we had beef fat added to it. Game changer!
