I am a retired school administrator and Adult Probation Officer.  I live in Saginaw, Texas.  I do my best to grow vegetables every year(have a large garden).  I just bought a Bradley 6-Rack Digital Electric Smoker.  I would appreciate any comments and sugestions about using the smoker.  I need all of the help that I can
