Hi, my brother has been on here awhile and finally got me to join. I'm in my 30's and I own a brinkman charcoal smoker grill with a side firebox. I just smoked my first hillbilly bacon and man was it good. Thanks to all of you who taught my brother who taught me. I'm excited to see all sorts of different things to try and smoke.
