Finally got around to curing the GOSM I got last Thursday, I know that should take priority over everything else in life

Anyway the temperature outside was 101° and heat index was 110° and I was able to maintain 250° to 260° with no water pan or meat so I believe I'll be OK

I got one done, but I cut the side of my thumb off cutting the last piece of tile

It will probably be another week before it's healed enough for me to do the last one, besides with the training FlaGriller's car gave mine it was just in the trunk when I got home last Thursday

Ouch! That stuff is sharp and cuts like paper - heals slow too.

Guess you'll just have to smoke for awhile ...

I love my GOSM and I know you'll love yours too, she'll love you back many times over.

Curious, what's yer other cooker?

Take care of that hand!

I was laying laminate, did it with a utility knife

I will share my secret to laying tile that will never cut your hand

First find someone that loves smoked meat
Second give them a taste no more
